Brockville - The 2013 Health & Lifestyle Expo presented by the CARP Brockville & Thousand Islands Chapter was held last Saturday at the 1000 islands Mall.
Dawn Edgley, organizer of the expo said that this year saw the amount of people attending triple from last year's show.
